Refund Policy

The IsItWorthIt Decision Pack is a digital product delivered immediately on payment. Your purchase unlocks the specific product matches in the calculator, the full ranking, and the downloadable Decision Pack PDF. Once paid, those are yours. We do not offer change-of-mind refunds.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by this policy. The ACL guarantees that products are of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and match their description.

If the product is materially defective (for example, the calculator returns broken results, the PDF won’t generate, or the data is factually wrong), you are entitled to a refund or replacement under the ACL. Reach out via our contact form and we’ll fix it or refund you.

If you bought by mistake (a double charge, the wrong account, or something similar), let us know via the contact form within 24 hours of purchase and we’ll sort it out at our discretion.

Purchases are billed by IS IT WORTH IT, an Australian registered business (ABN 72 734 983 769). That’s the entity that appears on your receipt and your card statement, and that’s the entity you contract with when you buy the Decision Pack.

All payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details never reach our servers.

If you have a dispute about a charge, please reach out via the contact form first. Filing a chargeback with your bank before contacting us costs both sides time and money, and we can usually resolve issues faster directly.
